monday: 14km flat 74.10 pilates and massage
tuesday: mt coot-tha trail loop 10km 62ish
wednesday: nothing
thursday: 3.45hrs glasshouse: goat track-hennesys hill-beerwah loop then powerlines loop.
friday: off
saturday: off
sunday: 14km flat 75.10
thursday felt good. like i was back ultrarunning again.
good hard walking on the hills shuffle on the flats tackled all of the nasty glasshouse bits without a problem.
running the powerlines was a bit sad: lots of 4wd damage since last time, the same at hennesys where they have logged.
a lot of singletrack turning into freeway :(
