mt coot-tha all trails was on saturday.
looking back at the CR thread last year i had just had my itb operation and make the joke that maybe i would be back by 2011.
hmmmmmmm may be closer to the truth than i had hoped.
did go for a bit of a trot though: 1:15 of hills.
had a nice day.
'backed up' (hahahaha) for a flat 7km today.

foot feels much better after some cortisone on tuesday.
and yes i did inject myself.
pretty damn hard to concentrate on location when its your own foot!
now 5 days post injection some discomfort is returning but nowhere near bad as before.
itb behaving.

friday: massage
saturday: 1.15 at gap creek reserve
sunday: 7km flat
